Williamsfield Schools is seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to serve as the High School Robotics Sponsor. This stipend position involves leading and supporting the high school robotics team, encouraging students to explore engineering and programming through competitive robotics. The sponsor will guide students in preparing for and participating in robotics competitions, fostering an environment of innovation and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the High School Robotics Team, helping students design, build, and program robots.

• Organize and manage practices, meetings, and participation in robotics competitions 

• Encourage collaboration and problem-solving within the team.

• Ensure all activities are conducted safely and inclusively.

• Collaborate with the school administration to enhance the STEM experience at Williamsfield Schools.

Qualifications:

• Interest or experience in robotics, engineering, or technology.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, particularly with high school students.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Experience coaching or sponsoring extracurricular activities (preferred).
