1. 5 Essentials Feedback - This survey is conducted by schools statewide. The link shared here is for parents only. Teachers & students will use a separate survey link at school.
2. Superintendent Effectiveness Feedback - This anonymous form contains numerical ratings for each professional standard associated with the superintendent's role. This feedback will help me target areas for my own professional growth. 
3. ESSR Fund Feedback - This form allows you to provide narrative feedback on our overall federal ESSR funding framework. 
4. Middle School Basketball Athletic Coop Feedback - This form allows you to provide input as our Board of Education examines this issue of athletic coop expansion.
